This will be a Hometown venue for Gibson Davis and will be the first time the Rick Faris band played in West Virginia! We sure are excited about spending the evening with you on Friday, December 5 and having a blast playing Bluegrass music!

Rick used to come to Aledo, Illinois many times for the Barnes Family Bluegrass Weekend. We are really looking forward to coming back to town and bringing Bluegrass with us so you Bluegrass lovers in the area get ready for a fun night with Rick Faris Band!

2024 & 2022 IBMA Event of the Year! The Industrial Strength Bluegrass Festival ​is an award-winning, family-friendly music festival featuring the best in bluegrass and American roots music. November 13th, 14th & 15th, 2025 We will be returning to the Roberts Convention Centre in Wilmington, OH to continue our one-of-a-kind indoor festival.

The Special Consensus is a bluegrass band that has achieved a contemporary sound in their four decades of performing, making their music a modern classic. The band is led by Greg Cahill, banjo player and recipient of the prestigious Distinguished Achievement Award from the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) and inducted into the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music in America Hall of Greats, and includes Dan Eubanks (bass), Greg Blake (guitar) and Michael Prewitt (mandolin).

Special Consensus has received eight awards from the IBMA and two Grammy nominations (Scratch Gravel Road in 2012 and Rivers and Roads in 2018).

The 2025 Bartlett Arboretum Treehouse Concert schedule is out, with live entertainment and other fun planned throughout the spring, summer and fall.

Tickets to the concerts and activities can be purchased all at once as a season pass or individually at the gate. Ticket prices at the gate usually range from $10 to $20 each.

Pack a picnic to enjoy during the performance and please leave pets at home.

The Bartlett Arboretum is in Belle Plaine, south of Wichita. Gates open at 3 p.m. and shows begin at 4 p.m., with a few exceptions.

This is a new event put on by the SnowStar Resort just south of the Quad-Cities. So excited to see friends and family I haven’t seen in a while. Y’all come on our for a day of fun. Cookout starts at 12noon and there are bands and a bouncy house for entertainment for the kids. Rick Faris Band starts at 4:20 and goes til 6pm.

My brother in music and the Special Consensus band Nick Dumas has been very busy with his wife Hana and her family making this barn a music destination! The have world class touring bands here regularly as well as their own stout country and bluegrass band! Come have fun on the farm with us!

This is one of my very favorite festivals and they are celebrating their 15th year of the festival while Special Consensus my old band is Celebrating 50 years so this is going to be one special festival and tons of friends and fabulous bands so I see lots of jamming and grinning in our future. This will be Rick's New Album "Life's Parade" Release Event at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Owensboro, KY. This will be the first chance to hear songs from the new record with the Rick Faris Band live in the 2nd Floor Performance Room of the Museum.
